Compassionate Caregiver Opportunity in North York

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in North York. As a PSW, you will provide companionship and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Job Responsibilities- Provide companionship and respite services for family members
- Perform homemaking activities, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms
- Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation
- Successful completion of a Provincial-approved Personal Support Worker course
- At least six months experience as a Caregiver (in homes or facilities)
- Has a Police Vulnerable Sector Reference Check or willing to obtain within 6 months
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
- Ability to do light-cleaning and lifting (transferring clients, repositioning, and laundry)
The estimated salary for this role is $18-22 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
