Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access, as well as QuickBooks and Simply Accounting.
  • Area of Specialization: Accounting, with a focus on financial record keeping and financial statement preparation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
