We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at NZT Financial Solutions.
Job Summary:The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- MS Excel and MS Office: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and financial reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Language: English.
The Accounting Bookkeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
