Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools and equipment to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain machine tools and equipment to produce high-quality parts and components.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to achieve optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machine tools and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications or tolerances.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of machine tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
