Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations
    • Arrange the bar area to create an attractive display of beverages and garnishes
    • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
    • Provide recommendations on drink selections to enhance the customer experience
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Collect payment for beverages and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of bar stock and beverages
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize sales
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week
