Software Project Manager

EXCEL-TECH CORP. is seeking a highly skilled Software Project Manager to lead our software development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
- Collect and document user requirements, define system functionality, and develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions.
- Develop process and network models to optimize architecture, evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs, and execute full lifecycle software development.
- Plan every step of the integration of a computer-based system, prepare plans to maintain software, and research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems.
- Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls, execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests, and develop quality management and quality assurance standards.
- 5 years or more of experience in software project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile, Cloud, DevOps, and other relevant technologies.
