Job Title: Software Project Manager

Excel-Tech Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Software Project Manager to lead our software development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems.
  • Plan and execute full lifecycle software development, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Develop and maintain software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems.
  • Define system functionality and develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions.
  • Develop process and network models to optimize architecture and evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure product quality.
  • Develop quality management and quality assurance standards and lead the implementation of quality assurance programs.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in software project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
