Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Training kitchen staff in food preparation and safety
  • Ordering supplies and kitchen equipment
  • Supervising kitchen personnel and assistants
  • Maintaining inventory and records of food supplies and equipment
  • Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
  • Organizing buffets and banquets
  • Managing overall kitchen operations
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position includes oversight of:
