Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pizza House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the demands of our fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to the highest standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
This role will be based in our urban restaurant location, with opportunities to work in various locations as needed.
