Job Title: Welder

Greco Aluminum Railings Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and blueprints
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and specifications
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
  • Repair or replace defective parts using hand or power tools
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility, organization, and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. As a Welder, you will be working in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment, and you must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
