Responsibilities:

  1. Implement behaviour management programs and provide support with daily living tasks, such as housekeeping and food preparation.
  2. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients to ensure comprehensive support.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any incidents that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate from a recognized institution in a related field (e.g., social work, child and youth care).
  • 1-3 years of experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Certifications in crisis intervention, first aid, and CPR would be an asset.
