Qualifications and Requirements
  • Native Child & Family Worker Diploma or a Child and Youth Worker Diploma is required.
  • Two or more years of experience in the provision of counselling services to Anishinabek children, youth, and their families is preferred.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Search, including Vulnerable Sector Search.
  • Able to work flexible hours as determined by the Counselling and Clinical Support Services Manager in relation to service requirements.

Please note that this role requires a Class 'G' Driver's Licence and access to a personal vehicle. A valid Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate is recommended. Complete and maintain certification in the Child and Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale (CAFAS) and other relevant Ministry of Children and Youth Services initiatives.
