Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hamilton. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment programs to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Utilize a client-centered approach to address clients' needs and goals
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
  • Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Reliable, flexible, and self-directed professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
