As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients with diverse needs, including those with WSIB-funded cases.
  • Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team, stakeholders, and other Occupational Therapists to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to optimize client outcomes.
  • Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students to foster growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists in Ontario.

  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
