Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, provide guidance and performance feedback.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure prompt and friendly service, handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards, enforce regulations, conduct inspections.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, control costs, streamline processes.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training, promote continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in Food & Beverage industry for candidates Inside Canada and 3 years experience for candidates outside Canada.
  • Language: CLB 6 Minimum in English.
  • Skills: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation, Excellent communication and leadership skills, Detail-oriented and organized, Proficient in technology used in food service.
