We are seeking an experienced Construction General Manager to lead our site development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
