Job Description:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the yard, including product flow and arrangement, customer loading process, and safety protocols
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a commitment to a safe working environment
  • Direct and mentor yard team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and expectations
  • Participate in opening and closing duties, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts

You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among yard employees. Your expertise will help us deliver an exceptional customer experience, driving business growth and success.

Requirements:
