Job Description
We're seeking a Retail Associate - Jewelry Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. Your duties will include engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and sharing detailed information about features and benefits of products, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a desire to help our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives, strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience, flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays, and a positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
