Dog Tales is a world-renowned dog rescue and farm animal sanctuary set on an idyllic 50 acres of green fields, rolling hills, and wooded areas in King City, Ontario. The facility comes complete with a well equipped vet tech office as well as walking trails, therapy pools, outdoor play areas and a grooming spa. **About this position**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing online inventory including creating new items, deleting discontinued items, and keeping accurate inventory counts;
- Analyze website data and analytics to generate insights and opportunities to improve site-merchandising;
- Help create and manage our online marketing presence, including on some social media platforms;
- Manage the overall look and feel of our website, including some graphic design components;
- Partner with different departments to build and execute marketing campaigns; curating collections, products, and digital media;
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience for the website and products;
- Monitor changes in website traffic and work to increase in sales;
- Work with shipping partners such as Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, and others to ensure packages are shipped and delivered within a timely manner;
- Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned;

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar E-commerce, UX, or marketing role;
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline;
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, comfortable with HTML and Adobe Photoshop;
- Creative eye with the ability to style and create different merchandise collections;
- Ability to quickly learn and work with new technologies;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve results and meet deadlines
