About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at SK FRESH FOOD INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff, ensuring a high level of culinary expertise throughout the kitchen.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Certification and Compliance: Possess a Cook Trade Certification, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
