Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Setting staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Supervising staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Training staff on new procedures and policies
  • Costing products and services to ensure profitability
  • Enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
