Job Title: Lead Archer Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Archer Developer to join our team at Worky. As a Lead Archer Developer, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing RSA-Archer GRC solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Archer solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Lead the discussion and transform business requirements into winning delivery solutions.
  • Contribute to project plans, estimations, and status updates.
  • Identify issues, develop and maintain processes to address and resolve them.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience as an Archer Solution Designer with technical experience.
  • Experience in XML, XSLT, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills to design solutions and troubleshoot issues.

Important Information:

  1. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days of onsite presence at our client's office in Toronto.
  2. Canadian residency or a valid work visa is mandatory for this position.
  3. A background check may be requested by the client or Worky.
