Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and feedback to Sales Associates.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to identify and develop high-performing Sales Associates.
  • Assist in the hiring process by participating in interviews and providing feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Support the Store Manager in analyzing business results and executing action plans to optimize sales and operations.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including merchandise flow, sales floor coverage, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals.
  • Optimize sales and operations opportunities by leading the team to consistently execute merchandising strategies, operations, loyalty programs, and other company initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School or Equivalent education.
  • 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
  • Meets physical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience.
  • Prior sales management experience.
