Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

LABHSHUBH FOOD CORP. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
