Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver software solutions for our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop technical roadmaps.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and provide updates on project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on embedded systems and agile development methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong technical skills in C/C++, Linux, and software development tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with embedded data recording for ADAS applications.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of telecommunication networks and security.
- Experience with edge, cloud, and IoT technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
