Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
