Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring that their equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues, providing solutions and workarounds as needed.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid provincial license and clean driver's record required.
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident required.
- Must have valid passport to travel to the US for training.
- Up to a year of related experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows XP, and Windows 2000 required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
