Nursing Professional for Long-Term Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join RhynoCare in the Perth-area. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident plans of care.
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Ensure timely and safe transfers and discharges of residents.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing long-term care.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
