We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Northern Motor Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
