GardaWorld is currently hiring Airport Security Officers for a national security role at a major airport in Canada.
As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the traveling public.
What's in it for you?
- $23.92/hour - $28.47/hour
- Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth

- Uniform and equipment provided
- Minimum of 20 hours per week guaranteed with additional hours up to 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Screen the traveling public and their belongings
- Ensure non-permitted items do not enter the secure area
- Control access to restricted areas
- Respond to alarms and report any events, illegal acts or violations
- Participate in emergency operations within the airport
Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Have a clean criminal record & eligible to obtain RAIC (security clearance)
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be located near the airport or willing to relocate before starting
