Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our Finance and Health Informatics departments, ensuring the effective management of financial and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Health Informatics Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Health Informatics department, ensuring the effective management of health information systems and technology.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Health Informatics departments, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve financial and operational performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, with a Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years of progressive hospital financial management experience, with a minimum of three years in a senior finance role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
