Job Title: Health Informatics Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Informatics Analyst to join our team at Headwaters Health Care Centre. As a key member of our Health Records Department, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to provide exceptional care to our patients, families, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement MS Power BI solutions to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support clinical and non-clinical areas
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop reporting solutions
  • Provide data analysis and support to various projects and initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity and quality through testing and validation of reports and Power BI scripts
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Power BI development or a similar role
  • Experience in SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, or MS SQL Server 2016 or higher
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science
  • Experience in scripting, automation, and customization initiatives
  • Knowledge of healthcare reporting requirements is an asset
