About the Role

Xendara Career College is seeking a skilled Guidance Counsellor to join our team. As a Guidance Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their educational and career journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to students on educational, career, and vocational issues
  • Coordinate the provision of counselling and information services to students, parents, and teachers
  • Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and implement guidance and counselling programs to support student success
  • Collaborate with employers to arrange recruitment opportunities for graduating students
  • Visit colleges and secondary schools to provide academic information to prospective students, their parents, and educational institutions
