Career Guidance Specialist

Xendara Career College is seeking a skilled Career Guidance Specialist to join our team. As a Career Guidance Specialist, you will provide guidance and support to students regarding their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement guidance and counselling programs to support students in achieving their academic and career objectives.
- Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students to discuss their career aspirations and create personalized plans to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their academic journey.
- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and other events to promote career awareness and exploration among students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and educational institutions to provide students with opportunities for internships, job shadowing, and other career development experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a permanent position with a 30-44 hour workweek. The work language is English.
