Bilingual Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for identifying past due accounts, preparing payment plans, and issuing payment reminders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in residential collections and identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and implement payment plans to ensure timely payments
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve outstanding accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections
- 3+ years of experience in a collections or similar role
- Bilingual in French and English
- Post-secondary accounting education
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload
