About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Physiotherapy Attendant to join our team at PACE HEALTH & WELLNESS. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation of patients with various injuries or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care
  • Implement treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Prepare and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and staff
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
  • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to services
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
