Salon Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at First Choice Haircutters. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing all salon operations, providing leadership and tools for success, and ensuring the highest quality of service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage salon operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the salon and corporate office.

Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology or barber license.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Ability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Good eyesight to observe guests' hair.
  • Ability to stand, lift, and reach for extended periods.
  • Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals.
