Assistant Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Spaxs Nail Bar.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Lead by example, motivate, and support salon/spa staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- **Operational Excellence**: Assist in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Training and Development**: Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance their skills.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and meet business needs.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring and ordering salon/spa products and supplies.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Collaborate with the management team to implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- **Quality Assurance**: Uphold and enforce salon/spa standards for cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of salon/spa operations and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: $44,657.24-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Windsor, ON N9K 1C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
