We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Development team at Corus Orthodontists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning financial practice performance data analysis and utilizing that information to provide strategic insight into our current practices and the acquisition of prospective practices.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial models, valuation, EBITDA calculations, and scenario analyses to support strategic deal negotiations.
- Work closely with prospective partners and their advisors throughout the deal life cycle.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to inform business decisions.
- Design and prepare templates and presentation materials to effectively communicate findings.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Key qualifications include a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related area, with a CPA, CBV, or CFA designation preferred. Three to five years of related experience, including one or more years in an M&A or FP&A role, is also required.
