At East Kootenay Regional Hospital, we're seeking a skilled anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our surgical suite, you'll work alongside a diverse group of healthcare professionals, each bringing their unique expertise to the table. In our efficient ambulatory care unit, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences and outcomes. Our thriving pre-screening clinic offers you the chance to engage deeply with patients, addressing their concerns and optimizing their surgical journey from the very beginning.
As part of EKRH's affiliation with UBC's Faculty of Medicine, you'll integrate mentoring and hands-on learning into your routine, honing your capacity to impart knowledge. Through regular CME sessions and abundant bedside teaching opportunities with residents and medical students at EKRH year-round, you'll further develop your skills.
Your involvement in initiatives aimed at Physician Quality Improvement (PQI), supported by Doctors of BC, empowers you to lead meaningful advancements in healthcare, growing as a clinician and feeling energized by talented specialist colleagues.
