Client Service Representative

Unity Managing Underwriters Limited, a Navacord Partner, is seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions, assisting with claims, and supporting policy administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and broker partners through prompt and accurate communication.
  • Assist the Claims department with the initial reporting of claims and maintain accurate records of all claims-related activities.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding financed policy payments, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with clients as necessary.
  • Support broker partners and clients with policy issuance, including handling transaction troubleshooting, midterm changes, error corrections, and policy cancellations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy management.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience in the financial industry, preferably with a General Insurance Level 1 license.
  • Strong accuracy and detail orientation skills, with excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and EPIC (brokerage software).
