Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at one of our hotels or resorts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations of the property, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any areas that require maintenance or repair. Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Recommend Maintenance and Repairs: Identify areas that require maintenance or repair and recommend solutions to management.
  • Co-ordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
