Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Dream Paradise Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
