Bantrel Co. is a leading provider of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Construction Management (EPC / EPCM) services in Canada.

We are currently seeking a qualified Cost Planning and Scheduling Professional to join our Mining and Infrastructure team, based out of Toronto, ON.

This role will be responsible for providing technical guidance, training, auditing, and staffing support for cost, planning and scheduling on projects.

The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in EPC/EPCM projects in cost, planning and scheduling and/or project controls management.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Applications & Visio are required.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to produce, read and manipulate schedules and scheduling curves/reports, as well as applied knowledge of cost engineering/cost controls.

This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical guidance, training, auditing, and staffing support for cost, planning and scheduling on projects.
  • Reviews and provides input into technical standards, guidelines, and procedures for developing, maintaining and monitoring project schedules and cost systems.
  • Interfaces with designated management and client counterparts for specific costing, planning and scheduling tasks.
  • Set project controls guidelines and responsibilities within a Project Execution Plan, as well as implements tools and systems to effectively manage, control and report on earned value management, cashflow, cost, revenue, forecasting and schedule for projects.
