Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Ville Saint-Laurent. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the President and members of the executive team, including the Director of Human Resources.


Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the agenda of the President and members of the management team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel.
  • Organize and coordinate events, both professional and social, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication with attendees.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, such as letters, reports, and PowerPoint presentations, in English and French.
  • Support administrative activities, including monitoring deadlines and necessary documents for meetings.
  • Take minutes at weekly meetings, summarizing key discussions and actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior management, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Bilingualism in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Proven skills in organization, initiative, and priority management.
  • Excellent social, communication, confidentiality, and discretion skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.
