Job Title: Senior Mission Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mission Designer to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of our game's main and secondary missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the design and implementation of the game's main and secondary missions;
  • Work closely with the artistic, technical, and narrative teams to create high-quality missions;
  • Mentor the level design team and provide regular feedback on their work;
  • Support the production and testing teams in preparing and monitoring consumer test sessions;
  • Establish the roadmap for each task required for the design of missions;
  • Communicate progress and obstacles with the game directors;
  • Monitor and assist in the development of tools required for mission creation;
  • Work with the game design team to achieve the desired quality of execution and player experience;
  • Oversee the creation of mission documents and keep them up to date;
  • Establish procedures, standards, and best practices for mission creation.

Requirements:

  • +6 years of experience in the video game industry as a mission designer;
  • Experience in the fundamentals of level and mission design and their constraints;
  • Excellent technical knowledge of the various stages of production;
  • Leadership skills, proactivity, and ongoing commitment to working with different professions.
