Associate General Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our team at HBNG Holborn Group. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate, review, and draft agreements of purchase and sale, commercial leases, real estate joint venture, and limited partnership agreements.
- Advise on real estate acquisitions, sales, financings, commercial tenancies, employment issues, corporate governance issues, construction matters, and planning and development legal matters.
- Participate in exceptional projects through our RGF Real Estate Fund, partnering with leading developers in the GTA.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate and Corporate Law.
- Experience in the real estate and construction industries is considered an asset.
- In-House Counsel experience is considered an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
