Associate General Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate General Counsel to join our team at HBNG Holborn Group. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiating, reviewing, and drafting agreements of purchase and sale, commercial leases, real estate joint venture, and limited partnership agreements.
- Advising on real estate acquisitions, sales, financings, commercial tenancies, employment issues, corporate governance issues, construction matters, and planning and development legal matters.
- Providing legal support for exceptional projects through our RGF Real Estate Fund, partnering with some of the GTA's leading developers.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate and Corporate Law.
- Experience in the real estate and construction industries considered an asset.
- In-House Counsel experience considered an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
