Job Title: Human Resources Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team at Huronia Transition Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes

  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
