Required Skills and Qualifications

  • PhD in Machine Learning or related field: You must have a strong background in machine learning and a proven track record of innovation in creating novel algorithms.
  • Publications at top-tier conferences or journals: Your research experience should be reflected in published papers and talks at renowned conferences.
  • Practical problem-solving skills: You must be able to develop effective solutions to complex problems and communicate them clearly to engineering and business leaders.
  • Proficiency in Python: Experience with Python programming language is essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Depth and breadth in state-of-the-art recommender systems: A solid understanding of recommender systems is highly desirable.
  • Solid background in NLP/NLU: Familiarity with natural language processing and natural language understanding is beneficial.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams: You should be able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to put systems into production.
